Study Away
Chile (Spring Semester)
Applications now being accepted for Spring 2011.
Deadline: January 29, 2010
| Santiago
is a thriving and modern Latin American capital that is an ideal
home for study away immersion programs. Students spend 15 weeks
in Santiago studying at the Pontificia Universidad Católica
de Chile (PUC), one of Latin America's most prestigious universities.
Students live with Chilean families. In addition to several weekend
or one-day excursions to locales in and around Santiago, the program
includes one week-long excursion to the north of Chile and one
week-long excursion to the south. Past trips to the north have
included the dry northern Atacama desert region; trips to the
south have included northern Patagonia, the lake district in the
southern Andes, and the picturesque mountain town of Bariloche,
Argentina. |
